Q.

I am a mother of 7M old baby. I have reduced 9kgs weight. I am having little over supply milk. Is this weight reduction normal ?

A. hi, it depends on ur bmi n weight before pregnancy..! if u r not feeling lethargic n not affecting breast milk secretion than it is ok. take care
