I am a mother of 7 months old baby.I have gained more weight during postpartum phase.Looking for herbalife products for weight loss.Is it fine to consume while breastfeeding.please help

Work on your weight loss journey you will also also reduce down onto your breastfeeding let me tell you when you take these products you have to skip a meal with one protein shake shake shake shake and that’s not going to be good for you I agree that you may have gained weight everybody does when they’re feeding the child but if you want to lose on your weight lose it when you quit breastfeeding and in a natural manner by exercising and dieting by following any supplements they’re not good actually
