hello .. is it safe to have Herbalife nutrition products for weight loss while breastfeeding?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. no you should not continue the weight loss medications during breastfeeding. you need to have proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables and sprouted grains and fruits. also with adequate water intake

You know in that case you will have to skip a meal with proteins that you are having and that is going to affect the breastfeeding so I would not recommend you to go ahead with any kind of weight loss as of now if you want you can go ahead with exercising nothing else is recommended to go ahead with as of nowWrite Your Answer Here
