Q.

I am a mother of 5 month old baby and I am a breastfeeding mother I have pain in my leg joint specially the inner side of both the joints sometime it is so painful and sometime it is normal. any home remedies or solution on this

A. Hi mom Write Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Give adequate feeding Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses vegetables etc Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
