Q.

i have joint pain in knees and elbows even bit of pain in muscle of that area what should I eat or do I am a breastfeeding mother.this pain start after the delivery

A. hi please do the following things: take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist. take healthy and well blanaced diet. it is best to take multi grain food,fresh fruit and green leafy vegetables, pulses , beans, dairy products etc. keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day don't sit or stand for long period. take enough sleep maintain good hygiene
