I am a mother of 4 years old. I have not have sex for last 4 years. I want to have second baby. Could i use coconut oil as lubricant. As i have no desire for sex now. Pls guide. I will be thankful if a gyne give her advice

Before you officially start trying, get a checkup. Ask your doctor about prenatal vitamins that have folic acid , which helps protect against some birth defect
It's good advice to lay in bed for 10 to 15 minutes after intercourse
