Q.

I am a mother of 2 months old boy baby, can i have curd, tender coconut and butter milk? Usually our elders won’t allow us to have these.

A. yes, you can eat all mention Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
