pravallikaMom of a 4 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. if you are a feeding mother most of the calcium and protein is absorbed by breast feed so you need extra calcium. ,protein and b6 vitamin.. soak groundnut in water through out the night and have which protein rich for calcium take moringa leaves as powder or in curries
add two to three drops of lemon juice what ever u r taking bcoz vitamin c in lemon allow to absorb vitamin and protein mineral to the body and not more than 2 drops of lemon juice

Eggs are considered overall healthy for babies..(8 months+) proteins and fats both there...Bananas n Avacados..mashed with Oats
Dairy products. ...paneer is good for them..
Chicken and other lean meats. ...
Dry fruits. ...make powder and put in all foods...
