Q.

I am a mother of 10 months old baby girl after delivery my periods have not started yet. I am worried about it. Should I consult gynecologist or wait for some time?

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. I too faced the same situation. I too didn't get periods for a year, later had gone to gynaecologist and she gave some medicines and then things came back to track.

A. if you are breastfeeding your baby then nothing to worry it's normal...take proper diet..
