I am a mother of 1 mnth old nd my milk is not getting enough for my child , please prescribe some lactation boosters

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. u can have mothers horlicks with warm milk to improve lactation or have jeera water daily two times a day.
