Q.
I am a lactating mom of 54 days old baby. I couldn't sleep more than 5 hours a day . I wake up and feed my baby when she requires but couldn't take naps with her..

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mum initial months are taxing for the new mother with many sleepless nights.
so it is important that you use every opportunity any time of the day to get adequate rest other work and house work can wait
may nap even during feeding the child in sleeping position
also take support from other family members if possible
