If you are facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep yourself well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and engage in some physical activity as well
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello it's fine to take it but can cause heat so be careful and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
