hello.. I am mother of 7 year old and in thyroid medication .Now from 1 year I am facing the period issues which comes once in 2 months or 75 day

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them continue your thyroid medication
