I am a breastfeeding mom of 5 months old baby. I had a normal delivery. Is it ok to hit gym ? is it ok to wear the sports bra if yes.

A. hi dear mom...yes you can start gradullay..don't over stress yourself. gradually let body get used to it. if at any point you feel tired...just really yourself. in addition to this have well balanced meal. happy parenting
