I am a breast feeding mom . can I drink lemon juice?

A. in moderate amount you may take Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts, fruits.

A. Absolutely you can have lemon juice and all the fruits and vegetables which are with vitamin C is of course you can go ahead with their switch very good option for you to have it but don’t have it with an intention to lose down the weight
