Q.
I am a 1 month old baby mother,after delivery within 10 days suffered from covid at that time I stopped feeding my baby. now the problem is milk not producing like before. I am taking lactonic granules and taking proper diet.what else should I do to increase milk production.

Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. You should include green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. Drink lots of water and milk twice in a day.
Add jeera in your diet.
