Q.
I am 8 months pregnant and during my first pregnancy I had very low breast milk and had to give formula milk from 4 months itself. I heard galact granules helps In increasing milk production. Can you please let me know if I can start taking galact granules from now itself I.e. before the baby is born..? Does it have any side effects..? Please advise

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
