Q.

i am 7 weeks pregnant. I had light spotting for one time in the morning in my 6th week. Doctor told me to do beta hcg quantitative blood test twice. In my 7th week I had first blood test.the result was 81000. Then two days later blood test result was 93000.is it ok?

A. the beta HCG level if gets doubled with in 48 hours it is a good indication so your reports are totally fine and nothing to worry about. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. But it is difficult to say anything without proper examination. I advise to consult your gynaecologist and get your reports evaluated and follow doctors advise properly. Thanks and take care
