Q.

I am 6 months pregnant and also a feeding mother of 1 year baby . my weight is not getting put on. so what should be my diet and my legs are paining very badly

A. Hello dear You have to take high protein diet on a daily basis. Include eggs non veg and milk with protein powder twice a day. Consult a nutritionist for diet chart

A. since you are 6 months pregnant would like to suggest to stop breastfeeding to your first baby as this will create an impact on your health and also your second baby so try to encourage your baby to take food externally and also milk intake so that even you will get good nutrition along with your second baby and also all of you 3 will remain in healthy state
