Q.

I am 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant, I do night shifts between 9-6am, And have dinner around 10pm, As I am working from home I do have fruits or milk in between 3am and go to sleep at 6am and get up around 1pm, will it be safe as I think it's a long time after my last meal around 15 hours, will it cause any miscarriage or effect my baby's growth? please answer

A. dear , now that u are expecting it is very important to eat healty n in a healty schedule late meal not recommended finish dinner 8 -8.30 light walk before sitting for work milk or green tea , cucumber during shift avoid heavy foods 6 am eat light breakfast then sleep
