Q.

i am 5 month pregent and my faitgue is in downwards postion so should i climb stairs and sit down? as a protection my gync has doen cervical cerclage

A. Your doctor may also ask you to avoid intercourse for some time after the procedure and suggest you have it once in a while later. Family and friends may tell you to avoid climbing stairs after having a cervical stitch. However, there is no scientific evidence yet to prove that this could cause any issues.
