I am 45 and I have heavy periods with cramps what should I do?

A. Heavy bleeding is never to be considered as normal and you should not take self medication you should 1st get proper examination done by your doctor and then take the medications

See looking at your age I would like to tell you these days menopause is happening early with lot of women so you can face problem like very light bleeding very heavy bleeding improper bleeding abnormal bleeding on and off so this would be better to check with your gynaecologist she has to examine to give you correct help on that
