Q.

does weaning off affect periods? I weaned my son a month ago. my normal periods is 3-5 days but this time it has gone to 7 days. periods are normal, no cramps and not heavy. is this normal?

A. yes it does. when you wean your cycle will get to normal. slow ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
