I am 38 yrs old and 6 weeks pregnant. what should be the diet chart and precautions. plz suggest.

A. Hello mam you can prefer home cooked fresh food and natural foods as well. you can have small meals throughout the day and avoid heavy meals.keep yourself well hydrated with fluids
