Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparations, and daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to:ay see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, cereals, non veg food, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
