Q.

I am 37 years old and have normal cycle of 26-27 days, of 5 days generally. my lmp is 6 March, but it was light bleeding with very heavy clotting once or twice everyday. lasted only 3-4 days. now my periods came again today 20 March. please advise how to normalise.

A. This could probably be due to disturbance in your hormones it would be good for you to check with your doctor they’ll have to check what is the problem why this is happening and accordingly they will be able to give you better and proper guidance on that
