I am 37 weeks 3 days pregnant now. I met my doc for regular checkup.. she says I am already into labour and ready to deliver. Is it safe to deliver in 37 weeks?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear! Once 37 weeks are completed it is full term pregnancy. Just relax. Be positive in your thoughts and prayers. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care
