Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Back pain is one sign of labour but it is accompanied with other sign also like pain in tummy area, stretching in vagina etc. Don't take any stress. Do breathing exercises and kegal exercise for normal delivery. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. Eat healthy and nutritious food.
