Q.
i am 36 weeks 1 days now.... baby is in breech position in my last scan 7 days before...... is there any chance to baby become cephalic position? i dont have any issues so what exercises are good for become baby cephalic position... please tell me...

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes ,chances are there. but please do the exercises only if your gynecologist permit for this. otherwise it is not recommended take Healthy and nutritious diet keep your self well hydrated stay active
