Q.

I am 34 weeks pregnant and i am having dry cough from more than 2 weeks . I took all kind of pregnancy safe medicines recommended by gynac and General physican but nothing seems to work. I did reduce for 2 days but again gradually increased. These is no mucus but throat is itchy which make me cough. Is this normal to take so long ?

A. Hi, Please take plenty of liquids, drink only warm water, and also do not eat or drink cool items. Please take prescribed medication on time.

A. Hello my dear! Ideally, in pregnancy, your immunity levels will definitely reduce a bit. Recovery might take some time. Do not worry. Just complete the course of treatment as advised and there will be a gradually improvement. Try taking steam and halation regularly and turmeric milk mix with a pinch of paper Might help. Good luck and take care.
