Q.
I am 32yrs old women. I have anal fissure from last 5-6 yrs . this problem start from 1st pregnancy . Fissure is painful for me when constipation occurred. I want suggestions from you. can I go for surgery because I planned 2nd pregnancy in next year.

Consult your doctor for a proper personal examination. Increase the liquid and fibre intake. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle
