Q.
I am 29 week pregnant & today i.e on 27-11-2025 did 7 month growth scan there is one remark “A well defined cystic lesion of approximately 2.5x 2.7 x 3 cm =11.1 ml size seen in left side of fetal pelvis possibility of fetal gonadal cyst/ mesenteric cyst” kindly suggest In previous scan no such thing found

Madam you will have to wait for the doctor to be available here they will confirm on the situation that is there or whatever doubts you have you kindly talk to your gynaecologist because they will be able to explain you everything which is mentioned in the report detail and can clear all your doubts
