ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. if this is your first pregnancy no need to worry dear you may need time to recognise the baby movements it may be felt after 24 weeks during the first pregnancy just have regular follow up with your doctor till then
