Q.

I am 2 months pregnant,not feeling hungry , if i eat any it doesnt digest properly..always stomaxh was full.

A. you eat fruits n antacid. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. hi you should take meal at small gaps but avoid overeating. take easy to digest food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc for now. take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist. keep your body well hydrated. you may take tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice before half an hour of meal time.
