Q.
I am 2 month old baby mom starting 1st month my baby is in nicu and I can’t able to feed my baby due to that my breast supply has become too low and my baby don’t want to Latch because now he got addicted to top milk . I want to give my breast milk but I can I only express my milk 15-20 ml in whole day how can I increase my breast supply please help me.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello ypu can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and even khus khus is effective and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion.
