i have very small milk in starting my child used to have it but now he doesn't and my milk supply has also declined.what to do to increase breast milk supply and also I have taken lactonic granules.plss suggest.My son takes only top feed

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 days agoA. Apart from supplements with strongly recommended to have plenty of fibres and fluids in the diet and a good balance diet with proteins that is going to help in increasing your lactation and also you should have water with seeds and cumin seeds every day
