Q.
I am 10 week pregnant in my 1 st pregnancy I feel nausea and tired but now my 2 nd baby its completely absent I feel I didn't pregnant but my legs and back is heavily pained because I am in joint family heavy work load I didn't have any rest if it hurts my baby

Is it twins?
No workload wont affect pregnancy
But take adequate rest
