ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. please start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. maintain a good spine posture.. do as advised by your gynaecologist. avoid any kind of heavy work including intercourse and climbing stairs
