I accidentally gave Adult deksel vitamin D3 syrup (0.5ml) instead of deksel for kid to my 3month old son. What are the side effects and how to cure it

Ma’am the supplement that you give is usually same just the IU of the medicine is different so if you have given adult medicine to the child and wait for one more day don’t give it for another 24 hours and start giving a day after and in case of any doubt you can check with your doctor since it is a supplement it is not going to create a negative impact on the child
