Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi start taking Himalaya satavari. Also in your sabzi, add a ghee and beers tadka Do it when you are having food. This really helps in increasing breastfeed . Also have lot of green veggies and fluid to stay hyderated.
