A. Hi, You can join any kid yoga youtube channel. This will help you a lot and keep baby entertained also. Kindly follow the same. You can start with easy physical steps. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc..Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
