how we come to know breastmiilk is coming or not while baby is sucking

A. you can press your breast before starting you feel feeding to your baby this will get to know that whether the milk is coming or not if a baby is drinking milk and sometimes also babies keep inside their mouth for a long time and when you open the mouth you can see the milk is coming
