how treat iron defeciency..

A. You must concern doctor first. I am not a experts...but gone through same issue about my son..he has iron defeciency aniemia. his doctor suggested to give him a food rich with iron.. mostly nonveg food contains more of iron..So I am daily giving him chiken kaleja 1 piece. Also I am giving him jaggery, groundnut powder, eggs, fish, veggie soup, chapati. dryfruits powder ( walnuts, pistachio, badaam, kaaju), raisins. Parents should make a timetable, so that they can give all these food rich in iron.. however, doctor consulation is a must part..they will prescribe iron and folic acid syrup.

A. in this query its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a case sso it will be better if you consult your nearest ddoctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis is formedfdd afterh knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.
