Namaste Mom, Well for this firstly you have to be firm in your decision , and prefer not to give in to their demands as such, stop one feed at a time, gradually you can proceed with other feeds as well. replace either with animal milk or regular solids as such.

The correct way to introduce a complimentary feeding and start reducing your feeding and stick more to the complimentary feeding gradually over the period as a child gets more used to taking the other feeding it will be easier for you to quit completely
