A. Whole grains, especially oats and barley. Protein-rich foods like fish, chicken, meat, or tofu. Legumes or beans like chickpeas and lentils. Leafy green vegetables like kale, spinach, and arugula. Fennel or fennel seeds. Nuts. Alfalfa sprouts. Garlic.

A. No there is no such way to thin the breast milk and in fact if you have a thick breast milk that is good because that means it has good content of nutrition that your child would require so that is overall good for sufficient appetite growth and gain of your child
