#asktheexperts Our baby is not gaining weight.. He is now in his 3rd month. The breast milk is still thin.

there isnt any need to worry about breastmilk's consistency
its a natural thing.
For healthy weight gain of your baby ,you need to do two things mainly
- offer feeds as per your child needs
but feed your baby on each breast atleast 20 minutes so your baby can get full fat hindmilk well .
- give massage on daily basis which makes bones and muscles strong
