my chlid is now 22 year old..he still breast feeding...he only depends on breast milk...how can i stop breast feeding and swicthed to formula milk..suggest me which milk can i introduce to my child?he is very thin

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom, continue feeding till minimum two years as per world health organisation..if baby is above one no need to give formula milk....you cab introduce animal milk along with breast milk....ghve well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legumes dairy products poultry items and dry fruits
