Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. urinary infection is very common. this can be prevented mainly by taking plenty of fluids which will help in decreasing the chances of concentrated urine as well as infection. at the same time the urinary area should be cleaned with only water and try to avoid any type of soap and cleaning agents. at the same time after passing stool the perianal area should be cleaned from frxont to back. if the cleaning area is cleaned from back to front the stool can stick to the urinary area causing urinary tract infection. recurrent urinary tract infections s to be investigated radiologically

Keep that part always clean that’s what you need to do maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness is down under that’s what is the most important thing to do do not use dirty urine that’s another thing that you need to take care of and do not use diapers all the time
