Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. cover the child well during winter and keep the child warm whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment around the child. use woolen garments as needed. you can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally. complete the vaccination of the child on time you can use a moisturizing on the child again and again for any good brand
