It’s normal with many new mother that weight is increases post delivery but don’t be dishearten with little dedication you can easily shed off the excess weight ... if u had c section then start with diet now and workout after 6 or 7 month completion
Have small and frequent meals
Increase fruits and vegetables, oats, paneer, daliya, milk, curd, some dry fruits except cashews, ragi, bajra in the diet
Reduce the intake of food made with extra ghee or oil or sugar
Do not take bakery products and sugar ... add jaggery in milk instead of sugar if u don’t like tea without sugar
Water 3l per day
Workout for 45 mins daily
Have green tea with ginger twice a day

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day
please take one bowl of salad before taking meals
please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily
please avoid oily and spicy food
